The questions people ask before they hand over an email.

Short answers. If yours is not here, write to hello@windfall.flights.

How is this different from Skyscanner or Google Flights?

Those are search engines: you pick dates and a destination, then hunt. Windfall is the other way round. You pick one airport and we tell you when a fare from it is unusually cheap, wherever it goes. You never have to search.

Which airports do you cover?

Major EU departure airports, one home airport per account. Amsterdam, Brussels, Paris, Berlin, Munich, Madrid, Barcelona, Lisbon, Copenhagen and more. If yours is missing, tell us and we will add it to the watch list.

Do I need dates or a destination in mind?

No. That is the point. Deals are about being flexible on where and when. Every alert shows the route, the travel window and the price, so you decide whether it fits.

What counts as a deal?

A fare that sits far below the usual price for that route, typically 40 to 90 percent under. Mistake fares included. We compare against what the route normally costs, not against yesterday.

Do you book the flight for me?

No. We send you the fare, the dates it is valid for and where to book it, usually straight with the airline. You book, you own the ticket, no middleman.

How many deals will I get?

Free is one weekly digest with the best fares of the week. Premium is every deal from your home airport the moment we find it, usually a handful a week depending on your airport.

How fast do deals disappear?

Anywhere from a few hours to a couple of days. Mistake fares can be gone in under an hour. That is why Premium sends alerts instantly and Free gets them later in the week.

Can I cancel Premium?

Yes, any time from your account. Premium is €49 a year, and a single deal usually pays that back several times over.

Is it just email?

For now, yes. Email is stage one. Hotel deals, a mobile app and push notifications are on the runway.
